Halloween

Hello bloggers, this is a blog about Halloween.  The holiday were the veil between the living and the dead is thinnest.  I think people like to celebrate halloween because people like to step outside of their boundaries and get scared.  But is it right spiritually?  That depends.  'Cause if you think about it, halloween was invented by Christians a long time ago.  It was made for Saints, I think.  But why do people think it's evil?  I guess because some people think it is an act of the Devil.  I honestly think it is O.K. if you don't associate with anything demonic during Halloween (i.e. demonic costumes ect.).  Someone has pointed out; however, something like, 'If there were a holiday on Hitler's birthday, would you celebrate?'.  I don't think it's the same thing.  If you celebrate Halloween just for the candy, well really there ain't nothin' wrong with that.  Non-christians celebrate Christmas just for the presents, don't they?  If you disagree, say so and tell me why.  I would like to know more about why Christians don't celebrate Halloween.
